How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. If the merchandise is available, your order will be filled and shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
How will I know when my order ships?
We will send you an email confirming the contents of your order and a link to FedEx or USPS so that you can track your order.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped FedEx ground or USPS unless Express shipping option is selected during checkout process. All orders sent to PO boxes will arrive via the United States Postal Service.

My Aplus Uniforms stands behind every purchase. Merchandise returns must be done within 90 days of time your order was received and be accompanied by the original receipt.
Returned merchandise must have the original tags attached. No refunds or exchanges on garments that have been washed, worn, altered or personally monogrammed.
Refunds on credit/debit cards will be given on card originally charged. After 90 days, a store credit will be issued.
Exchanges may be done at any point as long as original tags are attached and the item has not been washed, worn, altered or personalized/monogrammed. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns can also be brought to the My APlus Uniforms store.
